So I just woke up and checked twitter, surprise surprise there’s a tweet from Charles Hamilton, his first since June. Turns out he’s dropping new music tomorrow/today [I don't get the time difference] and he’s got a brand new project titled ‘The Normalcy Project’. Personally I think it’s pretty dope, lets see how the 6 month hiatus has changed his style.

This could be pretty interesting, we’ll have to wait and see on Friday 13th, maybe.

Some new graffiti done for Charles Hamilton, take it how you will. I like Charles, well I like the stuff were he sample’s games I spent most of my childhood playing.

As many would agree, the Kanye from “College Dropout” , and “Late Registration” is sorely missed. Even though “808’s and Heartbreaks” has received some positive reviews, the reception did not compare in anyway to that of “Graduation” ( He’s released alot of albums huh? ). Anyway, the Kanye of old is expected to make a comeback. Rumors swirled around about his retirement, but according to his protege, Kanye will be making a return to his original style.

KANYE WEST is returning to his rap roots, according to his protege MR HUDSON. The Stronger hitmaker adopted a new sound for his latest album, 808s & Heartbreak, singing on the majority of the tracks. He was rumoured to have quit rap for good, but his close pal Mr Hudson insists West is back in the studio putting together a traditional hip-hop record. He says, “Kanye’s getting back into rapping. He might make an old-school record on a tape deck, just like the Beastie Boys used to do. Just a drum machine, ghetto blaster and a microphone.”

Now i dont want to turn this into a gossip blog but this is something you should hear. Joey calls in when Tahiry is being interviewed and well you know what happens when you break up with someone.

And defends the fact that violent lyrics don’t influence society. I mean whatever, the media is always gonna demonize rap and like Nas says, they never highlight the good lyrics. Music is music.

Whats up? I thought id fill y’all in one some things that have been and will be happening around here soon. First up i wanna thank you for checking her, it means alot and without y’all i would be nothing. I wanted to let y’all know that some nights the posts will be thin as its just me updating here and i have started college so as the workload increases i will obviously be able to post less but im always going to make the effort to post at least a few things every night.

Secondly im not going to spout everything that gets posted on the ‘big blogs’ i want to make my own way so stick with me if you wanna see a different kind of blog to the ones that dominate the net these days [no shots].

Im currently working on 2 mixtapes for the site aswell as some graphics & a weekly radio slot.
